Congratulations on joining the Wellstar team and thank you for completing all your pre-boarding requirements. We’re excited to virtually meet you and formally kick off your Wellstar journey. Our first step is to make sure you’re set up for success.

Before Day 1

Prepare your device.

Setup your System Accounts.

You must activate your OneID and MFA System Accounts prior to your start date

• OneID@wellstar.org will send you an email 3 days prior to your start date with instructions. This email may be located in your spam folder.
• Information on activating the Multi-Factor Authentication Account can be found by clicking the link.
• If you need assistance, please contact the WellStar IT Service Desk at 470-956-6000.

Optional In-Person Orientation Help Session.

Metro Atlanta Team Members: If you do not have access to a computer or require assistance with the virtual orientation, let your hiring manager know prior to your first day.

If a computer is not available at your facility: Team Members can the join in-person support session from the Wellstar 1800 Building. (1800 Parkway Place Marietta, GA 30067).
