Please contact your new leader regarding your activities for Day One.

Facility Orientation

If facility orientation attendance is required for your new role, you will receive additional information from your HR Business Partner.

Before the End of Your First Week

Remaining Required Week One Learning

Your leadership will let you know if you need to complete the following steps. If your leadership indicates that you need to complete the below trainings, you must have them completed before the end of your first week.

1. Virtual Clinical Orientiation (VCO)

If applicable, Clinical Team Members may have additional clinical assignments in Workday based upon their clinical role. These assignments must be completed prior to caring for patients.

2. Electronic Medical Record Training

If applicable, Epic training will be assigned in Workday. Check your Workday account for all required learning. Your Epic access will be granted once you complete the assigned training. If you have additional questions regarding Epic training, please click the EPIC Training Link.

Virtual Clinical Orientation Training is only required if:

You are transferring from a non-clinical to a clinical role or
You are transferring to a new clinical role and need additional learning modules assigned.

Please check your Workday learning today for any additional clinical orientation assignments.

Epic Training is only required if:

You need training or additional training for your transitioning role. If applicable, you should refer to your Workday learning regarding Epic training requirements.

New Leader Orientation (NLO)

is only required for team members transferring to a leader role (i.e. Assistant Manager through VP and WMG Supervisors) you will be registered for the next available New Leader Orientation session.
